This guidebook represents my first attempt at compiling over 12 years of insights, and it took me almost two years to write due to the vast amount of material. The result is nearly 900 pages, divided into a collection of articles. This is the first of three guidebooks, with each iteration helping me refine and conceptualize ideas more clearly. However, this does not lessen the value of this guidebook, in comparison to newer editions as the majority of the knowledge and truths it contains will remain relevant and valid.
MySpiritWay is a lifelong project that will continue to evolve and be updated. My goal is to provide you with everything you need to become your own guru—a powerful, satisfied individual who can serve as a role model and inspire others.

Congratulations on taking the first step toward living a more conscious life. This first month is about building a solid foundation. Remember, even though these techniques are practical and life-changing, real transformation doesn’t happen overnight.
Life is a journey of constant change, and the hard work is up to you. While it’s easy to consume motivational content, true growth comes from consistent action. The sooner you accept this responsibility and take charge of your own growth, the sooner you’ll begin to experience results.
We’ll start with less demanding techniques to gradually build your energy and prepare for more advanced routines. Consistency is key—better to pace yourself than to burn out and abandon your path.
Be prepared that some in your environment might not fully support your decision to self-improve. They might see your choice to avoid destructive behaviors and embrace a healthier lifestyle as a bizarre idea. However, take it as a compliment—their reaction likely means that positive changes you are making are noticeable. Soon, you may become a role model, inspiring those around you to invite higher qualities into their lives.

How to Navigate
This guidebook, a collection of various insights and techniques, can be explored from different starting points. However, it’s organized in a sequence that’s helpful to follow. You will see that articles are organized in months and there will be usually 4-5 different topics each month.

The course is fully digital, with audio and video recordings, as well as printable templates. It’s recommended to use a solid A4 notebook or binder for documenting your progress. This record will be valuable for future reflection and may inspire others.
If you encounter techniques you’ve already practiced, revisit them with fresh eyes. Track your progress in a daily journal, and schedule time for each process in your calendar. The more effort you invest, the greater the rewards.

Daily Journaling
As mentioned earlier, maintaining a journal is a powerful tool for tracking your progress and reflecting daily. Whether you prefer a traditional notebook or a smartphone app, the key is consistency. Developing the habit of reflecting each evening allows your thoughts to flow freely, creating a space for deep inner analysis and self-awareness.
In today’s fast-paced world, many people lack the time or habit of self-reflection. We often move from one task to the next without pausing to consider our thoughts, actions, and emotions. As a result, people are often trapped in a cycle of unexamined routines and reactive behaviors, missing out on opportunities for meaningful growth.
Journaling can fill this gap, offering a structured way to reflect and grow. It's considered one of the simplest and most effective tools for personal growth and is recommended by many experts in the field.
Why Journal?
Self-Reflection: Journaling helps you become more responsible and aware of your actions, thoughts, and emotions. By asking questions like, "What made me think this way?" or "Why did I behave this way?", you align with your core values and understand yourself better.
Pattern Recognition: Regular journaling allows you to observe recurring patterns in your life, whether positive or negative. It helps you identify destructive thoughts, behaviors, and habits, as well as the influences that contribute to your happiness.
Goal Achievement: Keeping a journal keeps you focused on your goals. It acts as an accountability tool, reminding you of your tasks and daily progress.
Self-Motivation: Journaling is a great way to celebrate your successes. Writing about your achievements gives you a resource to revisit whenever you need motivation.
Stress Relief: Journaling helps manage anxiety, cope with depression, and relieve stress by allowing you to release tension and gain clarity.
How to Journal Effectively:
Just Start: The most important thing is to begin. It doesn’t matter how you start—just that you do. There’s no right or wrong way; what matters is consistency.
Write Daily: Even if it’s just a few sentences, write every day. This consistency helps build a positive habit that fosters growth. Set a reminder on your phone to stay on track. Evenings, before bed, are ideal as we naturally become more reflective and this can help you choose a healthier habit than scrolling through social media.
Explore Different Styles: You can keep a food journal, dream journal, fitness journal, gratitude journal, or simply write a free flow of thoughts. Feel free to mix different styles or try a new one each day. I also recommend reflecting on the quality of your actions—consider whether you did your best today and identify areas where you could improve. This kind of self-assessment is valuable for continuous growth and helps you stay aligned with your goals.
Be Creative: Your journal is your space. Feel free to include pictures, drawings, or anything that inspires you. Write in the style that feels right, whether it’s thinking out loud from an "I" perspective or writing a detailed report.
Reflect and Grow: Revisit your entries regularly to see how far you’ve come. Use your journal to track growth, recognize achievements, and plan future goals.

During my exploration for a simplified and practical system, the Dynamic Meditation Technique (DMT) was born. DMT is rooted in the 8 Limbs of Yoga, a comprehensive system that guides practitioners step by step towards higher consciousness.
This realization—that we are more than our thoughts and bodies, often referred to as the true self or soul—comes through practice, not belief. While we may yet not be able to scientifically confirm this, with regular practice, you will gain profound inner insights into universal truths and learn how to apply this understanding in daily life.
DMT helps you achieve deep meditative absorption, where you can purify the emotional and energetic burdens accumulated from challenging, often traumatic experiences. This process reconnects you with parts of yourself that may have been lost, releasing trapped energies from the past that continue to impact you.
DMT is part of a larger process, with the ultimate goal achieved through consistent practice. Practicing at least once a week, along with daily mindfulness to carry this deep state of mind into your everyday experience, can form a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

I want to make this and all my work accessible to everyone, and it’s challenging to put a fixed price on this practical guide. It has taken an enormous amount of effort, countless hours, and significant personal investment to bring this project to life and move it forward.
