Welcome to “MySpiritWay” (or actually, “YourSpiritWay”). I’d like you to see me as a friend on the same path. However, for the sake of choosing a working title, “Practical Spiritual Teacher” seems to best describe what I do.
My quest for knowledge and understanding has always been present, fuelled by life events and inner curiosity. It all began intensifying quite early for me, and as far as memory reaches, during my teenage years, I experienced a closer connection with a deep, ever-present reality that connects everything - that many people call God. This realization intensified my pursuit to deepen my understanding even further. Eventually, I reached a point in my life where happiness filled my being, inspiring me to share it with others.
One of my primary ongoing tasks over the years has been to develop a practical, step-by-step path toward achieving complete life satisfaction. The main focus of my current understanding centers on practices that enhance a person’s consciousness in a practical manner.
I actively work to expand the set of practical tools and continuously follow the process of deep inner evolution, sharing new findings through social media to ultimately grow a supportive community of conscious individuals who experience ultimate freedom and, as a natural progression, are willing to help others to grow.
My biggest dream is to create a self-sufficient village where people will live in a healthy, balanced way and support each other’s creative potential.

It's best to practice on an empty stomach, and if possible, do some simple stretches beforehand. Also, ensure the air quality in the room is good since deep breathing is involved.
