#59 - Rewrite Circumstances

Introduction

If you did all previous exercises with proper devotion you gained the required essential abilities and virtues, as well as healed many programs visible on the surface. Interestingly with time spend on self-healing, you will need deeper processes, or you will need to become more aware of external triggers - to get deeper into yourself, so you are able to heal more "hidden" missing or stuck parts of yourself.

Today's technique is quite complex but doable. You will let yourself surrender and be lead by your inner guru. It will let you automatically see the closest unpleasant experience (possible to heal) which created emotional pain, and with sufficient repetition of this technique, you will heal, free yourself, and possibly, you will gain knowledge on why this experience happened and what it taught you. Energy will flow freely and you will revive lost parts of your being.

This practice came to me one night and I successfully managed to rewrite some of the unloved parts of my being. It let you experience it one more time, but in a safe, controllable environment. It's based on the rule, that if you try to escape from something difficult, it just gets stronger. You must stop running, or unconsciously looking for distraction, and you have to face it with a heart full of love. As a result, it will stop sabotaging your efforts and draining you out of energy.

I couldn't find any scientific researches on the effectiveness of this method as it was given to me while I was in a deep meditative state of mind.

What is interesting, when you get in tune, it is possible for you to get to a special inner space and receive guidances straight from the core (we will get there).

One of the examples where I healed a part of me.

One time when I was a small child, I watched some of the most terrifying horror movies in my life - "The ring". After all those negativity immersed with the emotion of fear, it created a feeling that there is this poor girl around me, ready to get to my guts. She appeared in my dreams many times. I usually either tried to avoid her or destroy her. One time there was a moment, when in my dream I was gazing at my reflection in front of the mirror. And all of a sudden she appeared just next to me. I was terrified! I was shocked! Somehow it came to me, that this part of me only needs some love and attention. I hugged her as tight as I could with this feeling of acceptance and love. She disappeared, and to my surprise, I stopped being afraid of being alone in the darkness.

This and some other puzzles gave me the idea to purposely invite traumatic experiences from my life, and to try to heal them the same way! After experimenting and improving this technique with time, I am ready to share the evolution of it with you.

Step by step instruction

Follow these steps, or find your own way. Important to remember that you are safe.

  • Before you begin, make sure you feel rested. It will help you be awake and you will have enough energy to actively process flowing data.

  • Lay down on your back, put on a face-mask, or darken your room. You need to completely disconnect from external sensations. Withdraw your senses.

  • Start with inducing deep relaxation. The key is to learn, not to fall asleep. That will require some practice. It personally took me some attempts. You can do it, by counting natural, not controlled breathing up to 100. If there are any other thoughts that will try to take your attention away, and you will forget what number you were counting, start from the beginning. If you are deeply relaxed, you shouldn't clearly feel your body. The body will rest or even sleep, and your consciousness will be awake.

  • Ask internally for inner guidance. Surrender, and accept whatever will come.

  • Start moving energy through your whole body (like you learned previously).

  • Direct your mind on intention to invite healing the unpleasant, or traumatic experience which happens to you. Don't let yourself get into some magical fantasy world, focus on this life. If no images are coming to you, start slowly scanning your life, starting from the earliest experience you had. Look for strong "negative" emotions.

  • If you find this experience, really immerse into this moment, engage all your senses: what do you hear? what do you smell? what do you taste? etc. Take your time.

  • Sometimes you might get trauma after trauma, image after image. Let yourself get into the earliest possible experience and if rolling images stop, that means it's the experience that you can start rewriting as the first one in the queue. Often core program is very deep, in the early stages of life, and this experience radiates through life, attracting similar of what is made of.

  • Let yourself be there. While the situation is happening, focus on your heart, on the feeling of Love. You might decide to hug whatever or whoever there is, accepting what happens and letting it go.

  • Afterwards, when you are really ready to cover this space with Love, imagine that this situation happened in a completely different way. Rewrite the scenario as you like, focus on positive emotions.

  • When you feel ready, thank your inner guide for assistance. Listen.

Repeat this process every day. Until the situation occurs, which means there is a deep emotional connection with certain circumstances that means it requires healing. It can be even that each night you will get different situations, let yourself be guided. Don't force anything. Just flow. It's important to trust and continuously repeat the process.

The Spoon Exercise

If you find it difficult to stay awake, try this practice. Once you master this technique, it will give you control over the moment of falling asleep. This ability will open up another more advanced technique, but about that in future months :)

According to legend, Einstein took regular naps. To make sure he didn’t sleep for too long, he would rest in his armchair with a spoon in his hand and a metal plate directly under. He would allow himself to drift off for a second, then all of the sudden the spoon would fall from his hand and the sound of it would wake him up. The idea is that when you nod off, you loosen your grip, so the spoon will drop from your "senseless fingers" and wake you up.

Step by step:

  • Do this exercise during the day or at night. At night might be more challenging as you can be tired after the whole day.

  • Darken the bedroom, then lie down at the edge of the bed.

  • Keep a metal tray on the floor beside the bed and hold a metal spoon over it.

  • Note the time and close your eyes as if to sleep.

  • Gaze the darkness behind the closed eyes. You can also count natural breaths. Once you lost count, start from zero.

  • When you fall asleep, the hand will loosen its grip over the spoon and it will come crashing down onto the tray, waking you up.

  • Immediately look at the watch and note how much time has passed.

Practice it long enough so you will be able to reach 30 minutes of deep conscious relaxation. Your body will rest while your mind will stay sharp and awaken. In this state, you will have increase capability of visualization, and you will get access to more unconscious information (not available during everyday functioning).

Once you will master this exercise - diving deep into the process described in this week will come much easier. It is even possible to bring the body to a state of deep sleep while keeping the mind awake. You will be able to induct past memories into a dream and apply this week's "Rewrite Circumstances" practice. That is the deepest I was able to get. It is not required for the effectiveness of the technique.

Remember no matter what might happen - you are completely safe.
