Introduction
This week is focused on discovering the world of energies. Something that was always there but you didn't have direct access to. You will be able to feel the energy and possibly even perceive it with your eyes. Everybody has this capacity, it's a matter mostly of the ability to calm down and focus for a few minutes.
It's magical as it will add another layer over the world you used to know. The layer was always there, but you couldn't experience it.
There is a lot of practicality about this topic. You will learn techniques that will create the ability to reprogram and release inner traumas. Each of us has some difficult memories, often buried deep in the subconscious. Often they discreetly, sabotage our efforts on the path to self-realisation, freedom, and happiness. It's time to consciously heal those hidden from everyday mind perspective scars. It's time to let the energy flow freely through our whole being.
We will start by understanding what energy actually is, and you will discover energy centres. Next, we will learn the most basic exercises to feel the energy between your hands. After that, you will see the energy. Move energy through the body.
It might seem surrealistic, please leave prejudice behind you and let yourself experience, like many others before you. Later when you see with your eyes and feel with your body subtle vibrations, you will open gates for another dimension of life.
I studied this topic for many years, so there is a lot to cover, but we won't get too much into theoretical details, we will focus on the practicality of this discovery. It's practical spirituality, after all.
Disclaimer. I know that this topic is interesting, and it might seem magical and out of this world, but please always seek ways to improve your life rather than diving into things that don't have a reflection on your daily routine. Studying things that don't translate to improved life satisfaction is pointless, and best if treated as entertainment. I know many people who got too much into a mystical world and forgot about the practical appliance of this aspect of life. Those people were flying in the clouds, often financially broke. That's also one of the reasons why we didn't start from this topic in the first place. The key is to start from the basics principles and we are ready to climb higher.
Energy system
“If you want to know the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” – Nikola Tesla.
Most likely you heard the sentence "Everything is energy", "Everything is connected to everything else", "Everything comes from the same source and returns to it", "Everything is one", and "Thoughts and emotions are energy".
What we perceive as physical matter is actually not so physical, nor a matter. It was proven by physicists multiple times. Understanding that the world we live in is nothing more than an illusion has scientific explanations. Everything in the Universe is made of energy - take it as a fact.
Physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning, vibrating. Each one of them has a unique energy signature. If we follow this understanding, we are vibrating, we ourselves are energy beings.
"If you observed the composition of an atom with a microscope you would see a small, invisible tornado-like vortex, with a number of infinitely small energy vortices called quarks and photons. These are what make up the structure of the atom. As you focused in closer and closer on the structure of the atom, you would see nothing, you would observe a physical void. The atom has no physical structure, we have no physical structure, physical things really don’t have any physical structure! Atoms are made out of invisible energy, not tangible matter."
The same with our quality of thoughts, emotions, perception, feelings. It is a result of different electromagnetic frequencies.
Even so-called material world we live in is made of 99.9999...% space, but that's for another time.
String Theory, Butterfly Effect, Fractals, Entropy are "basic" very interesting concepts that you might be interested in. Also look for the Quantum Physics phase, so you can find many answers written in scientific language.
Heart torus
Let's start with an understanding of a fundamental part of nature which is the torus. Science discovered that everything moves in this form, starting with atoms, the solar system, galaxy, and including ourselves where the centre of the torus is our heart (Wikipedia explains it as: a surface of revolution generated by revolving a circle in three-dimensional space about an axis that is coplanar with the circle - torus).
Torus is like a pattern that organises energy, expands energy out all around itself, and returns back to that original space in the "centre". It looks a little bit like an American donut. It has the ability to give and equally receive to other toroidal systems.
Space at the centre of the torus is a point of infinity, where all consciousness truly resides. It's where all energies are connected. It's a space of Love, emerging everything into one.
The heart emits an electromagnetic field that shapes according to how we feel, and it's interconnected with how we breathe. Positive feelings create the harmonic energy field. That affects the way the heart is beating, and it affects the physiology of the body especially your immune system response.
Interestingly, the heart has a system of neurons that have both long-term and short-term memory. It's claimed also that positive emotions help the brain in creativity and problem-solving.
Heart torus also serves as an energy field that can sense other beings. When two people are in love, or mother and child, it synchronises their heartbeat as well as breathing.
Some sources even suggest that the electrical field of heart is much greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated in the brain. It can be measured up to several centimetres away from the body.
The heart is one of the first organs which come into existence, and the rest of the body folds out of the heart itself. This might suggest that the heart is more primal and connected to the source than the brain.
This deep knowledge will let you truly understand and connect to what it is. Think positively, find your way to connect to heart, then life will revive its colours.
Torus Alingnment Practice
Simple torus love meditation to get in tune with yourself:
Find a quiet space, close your eyes and relax, keep your spine straight and align;
With the inner vision see how your torus looks like;
Place both your hands on your heart area;
Remind yourself a moment from your life, when you really felt Love. Scan your life and feel yourself in these moments.
Take your time, focus on reminiscing this warm sensation in your heart.
With the inner vision see how your torus looks like. Is there any difference?
Whenever you feel lower energy remind yourself this experience.
Life force
In the human body exists "invisible" energy, life force, which in Yogic tradition is called Prana, in Chinese - Chi, Huna - mana, most likely - Holy Spirit in Christian tradition. You can find mentions of this energy in many different traditions all around the globe. In this subsection, I will focus on Chinese understanding as it will help you deepen your understanding of the Chinese Body Clock.
Free flow of energy is crucial for providing the life force necessary for the proper functioning of cells, tissues, and the whole organism.
Everything has it: animals, plants and natural phenomena, and even matter. Chi simply means life. It's a binder connecting mind, body, and spirit. Every cell has higher or lower energetic potential.
In the body, Chi constantly flows through special traits called meridians (in Chinese Medicine) or Nadi (in Yogic traditions).
One Chi cycle that comes out of the heart and returns to the heart takes 24 hours. During this time its highest wave flows through all organs and tissues.
The height of the flow wave in a given organ depends on the Chi level in the organ lying in front of it. In turn, the organs and tissues through which Chi flows, strengthen it, ennoble, or make it more perfect, and send it to the brain in order to fulfil higher tasks - creating our thoughts, feelings, dreams.
If, due to some disease, the Chi level in this organ is lowered, the wave flowing to the next organ will be equally low, and the organ's function will be weakened. Puncture of the canal of a sick organ, i.e. an energetically and functionally weakened organ, balances the energy level in it, improves its activity, and thus raises the Chi wave flowing to the next organ.
The circulation of Chi energy begins very early. According to some old Chinese books, when there is a trace of a heartbeat, and according to others, with the first breath. This would show that, in the former case, the foetus has its own energy circulation almost from the beginning of its existence, and in the latter, that it benefits from the mother's energy circulation.
Knowledge of when the certain organ is at its peak activity can serve as the timer of when to focus effort on the organ to maximise the healing process. It's also possible to notice that dysfunctions like hypoglycaemia might occur in the peak of activity of spleen-pancreas.
You already know that the energy wave through the organ lasts two hours and then gradually subsides.
When it flowed through the organ becomes weaker, more susceptible to damage and illnesses, and less susceptible to treatment. It can be considered as evidence for the existence of biological rhythms.
Everybody is born with a certain resource of Chi.
A high level of Chi is characterised by high activity, vigour, health, and well-being, the capability of bigger achievements, more energy, regenerates both physically and mentally faster. You can definitely look around and evaluate who has a lot of Chi resources. Chi is the will to live, discover, love, procreate, creation.
The divine intelligence of Chi organised in form of a human being and will scatter after its death.
Old Chinese books give three main sources of life essence:
Primary/Parental (Guan-Chi) - given by parents at the moment of conception. The amount of this energy is strictly defined and limited. This energy diminishes with each passing year and it is impossible to supplement it with anything else. That's why it's crucial that the parents are healthy and strong at the moment of conception. So they have a lot of parental energy, which can be transmitted to their offspring at the time of fertilisation. It means that before planned conception, both should avoid anything that reduces and weakens this energy. It's also emphasised that restrained sex life for some time (ejaculation of semen), is beneficial for accumulating high potential of energy.
The food you eat (Gu-Chi) - in the processes of nourishing and breathing, or biochemical processes. Both Chinese and Indian philosophies greatly emphasise the importance of the right diet.
In space, air, surrounding cosmos (Kong-Chi) - an endless source of energy, where it's possible to draw energy.
Old sources warn that body's Chi supply is limited. The wise skill of managing and keeping it constantly replenished is crucial. Excessive effort is not recommended as it exceeds internal resources. Keep that in mind, it potentially serves longevity and well-being.
Energy is absorbed by the entire body, especially through biologically active points, i.e. acupuncture points, specific windows connecting the interior of the body, its internal organs with the universe. Acupuncture needles are like antennas that capture cosmic energy.
The force of the cosmos as the source of Chi, Chinese philosophy emphasises that cosmic energy is the force that created all matter and causes it to transform in its present phase, and that, it is the driving force that permeates the body.
'Man is only a microscopic part of the macrocosm, he is closely related to it, he must be subject to all its laws and influences'.
Anyways, if you believe in it or not, it doesn't matter, it exists despite your opinions.
Body Energy channels
We already know that there is energy, now the question is how this energy travels.
According to Indian philosophy energy travels through channels called in Sanskrit Nadi which can be translated as tube, pipe, nerve, blood vessel, plus.
The Nadi is connected to special points of intensity - the chakras. Three main Nadi run from the base of the spine to the head, Ida Nadi - on the left, Sushumna Nadi - in the centre, Pingala Nadi - on the right. The goal is to unblock and let energy freely flow. Apart from the main channels, there are plenty of other ones, in some sources claimed to be hundreds of thousands, or even millions of other smaller veins that distribute energy to every single organ and layer of being.
The three principal Nadi:
Ida (Sanskrit - comfort) - feminine and creative. Associated with lunar energy. Connected to cold. Introvert nature. Left testicle, left nostril.
Sushumna (Sanskrit - very gracious, kind). Both nostrils open and free passage of air. Sushumna connects the root chakra with the crown chakra.
Pingala (Sanskrit - orange, tawny) - masculine energy. Associated with solar energy. Connected with heat. Extravert nature. Right testicle, right nostril.
In many yogic practices, the ultimate goal is to direct Prana (energy) into Sushumna Nadi to enable Kundalini to rise and bring Liberation.
The function of Nadi is to carry prana - life force energy. One of the common basic pranayamas to stimulate and balance Ida and Pingala - is Nadi Shodhana.
Before the body is preparing through 6 purifications (Shatkarmas); Neti - using a neti pot to cleanse nasal passages, Dhauti - intended to cleanse digestive tract with swallowing and removing a long cloth, Nauli - self-administrated abdominal massage, Basti - enema, Kapalabhati - special pranayama technique, Trataka - gazing fixed spot or candle flame. You might recognise some of the methods already introduced, however not all of them are going to occur in the following months.
Then through yogic mudras or seals, visualisations, breath restrains, and pranayamas as well the repetition of mantras, you will work to direct energy towards the central channel.
Chinese medicine has a lot to present about energy channels. Systems based on Traditional Chinese Medicine work with an energy concept called qi. Qi travels through meridians similar in description to the Nadi. It's much easier to find a description of the meridian network than it is in the case of the whole Nadi network.
The meridian network is typically divided into two categories. The 12 standard meridians expand the understanding of Chinese Body Clock. There are also eight extraordinary meridians that are considered to be storage vessels or reservoirs of energy.
Nadi Shodhana
Nadi Shodhana (Sanskrit 'nadi' = 'channel' and 'shodhana' = 'cleaning or purifying') or "alternate nostril breathing" is a simple breathing technique that is focused on balancing and unplugging the energetic channel. In practical understanding, it's one of the calming breathing methods, that calms the busy mind.
There are different styles of this practice, but all of them serve the same purpose and generally are to alternate breathing through your nasal passages.
Benefits:
To bring balance, especially when we want to do too many things at once, but none of them seem to be possible to do;
Let the nervous system rejuvenate;
Clears energetic channels;
Relaxes the mind and the body;
Improves ability to focus;
Helps developing patience;
How to do it (practice for at least 10-15 minutes):
Sit in the meditative posture, close your eyes and relax;
Relax left palm and comfortably place it on your lap;
Bring right hand in front of your face;
With your right hand, bring your index finger and middle finger to rest in the space between your eyebrow. Then actively use the thumb and ring finger to control air flow from nostril to nostril.
We will be breathing only through the nose. Take a deep breath in and out.
Gently close right nostril with thumb to not let air in or out, inhale through left nostril - slowly and steadily.
When air fills your lungs, close both nostrils and retain the breath for a brief moment to make a pause, keep it for as long as it's comfortable.
Next, release the right nostril and breath out slowly, pause when you will empty your lungs - retain for a brief moment, as long as you feel comfortable.
Inhale thought the right nostril - as slow as you can.
Hold both nostrils closed.
Exhale through the left, pause briefly at the bottom.
Repeat the cycles.
Match the length of inhalation, retention, and exhalation, for example, 5x5x5 with time extend.
The Subtle System
Description of the subtle system might vary between traditions.
We will focus on a basic understanding of the subtle system.
1. The Mooladhara Chakra. 2. The Swadisthana Chakra. 3. The Manipura Chakra.
4. The Anahata Chakra. 5. The Vishuddhi Chakra. 6. The Agnya Chakra.
7. The Sahasrara Chakra.
A. Kundalini. B. Left channel (Ida nadi). C. Central channel (Sushumna nadi).
D. Right channel (Pingala nadi).
Kundalini
Kundalini (coiled snake) - it's a form of divine feminine energy (Shakti) located at the base of the spine in the root chakra (exact location, might vary from source). It's considered powerful energy that if awakened leads to a connection with the masculine aspect (Shiva) which resonates in higher chakra, therefore, it leads to spiritual liberation.
Kundalini can be awakened through dedicated meditations, pranayamas, asanas, mantras, or tantra. There are special spiritual paths, for example, Kundalini Yoga which focuses on awakening this divine feminine energy. It's also believed that through the initiation of one awakened Kundalini can be transmitted to another. Usually it's a temporary lift of this energy, but it gives the basis for personal practice.
It's believed that when Kundalini is awakened it transforms and activates each single energy centre in the body (Chakra), purifying each of the characteristics. Personality will be fundamentally transformed. This process doesn't have to be rapid, it can become a graduate achieve - realising positive characteristics of chakras - different levels of awakening
MySpiritWay Breath is one of the practices, if done correctly and on an everyday basis, can lead to the awakening of Kundalini.
Subtle Bodies
We are way complex than what we currently can perceive. We are truly inter-dimensional beings. Each of the subtle bodies has its own basic vibration, frequency. Energy bodies are carriers of consciousness at a certain level of vibration. As the frequency of the vibrations increases, it gives a person more life energy, a higher level of feelings and better cognitive abilities. The subtle bodies are not separate from each other because they interpenetrate and interact with each other.
We distinguish the following bodies:
Etheric Body - the closest to the human body and have similar sizes. This energetic layer is a carrier of strength that shapes the physical body. The etheric distribute energy throughout the physical body. A healthy and energised etheric body is long, long threads of energy flowing out of the body. It's created from ethereal equivalents of individual organs, tissues and cells connected by a system of energy channels (Nadi). Greater and present chakras of the physical body are situated on the etheric plane and are used, among others, by Taoist medicine as acupuncture points. This creates so-called etheric aura and this is the visible energy. The etheric body is an aura of health. It's possible to sense potential disease before diseases appear in the body, they are seen as energy losses, holes, dark spots. It is a natural protective barrier that simultaneously mediates between the successive layers of subtle bodies and the physical body. Interestingly etheric bodies can be photographed by a technique called Kirlian Photography.
The astral body, or the emotional body - it is the carrier of our feelings, emotions, and character traits. The shape of the astral body resembles a disordered fog. The more experienced a person is emotionality, the lighter the colours, and orderly this energy layer has a shape. It is also brighter and more transparent. Any change in mood can be visible in this layer. If we are involved in negative emotions, the energy takes on a dark colour. On the other hand, if we set ourselves up for love, joy, and gratitude, then the astral body takes on a bright and radiant colour. The astral body stores unresolved emotions, conscious or unconscious fears. It attracts what it's made of into life.
The mental body is a carrier of thoughts, ideas and intuition. On the one hand, it is a sphere of rational thinking, and on the other, a sphere of faith and disbelief, prejudices and stereotypes, established views, opinions and evaluations. The vibration of this energetic layer is higher than that of the etheric and astral bodies, and the structure of this layer is less frequent. It is in the form of an egg and as self-awareness develops, it extends up to several meters beyond the astral body. The appearance of this layer of energy can be milky white, it changes slightly with the development of consciousness and spiritual self-knowledge. The physical body, through its senses, collects information and transfers it through the etheric body into the emotional body, which transforms the information into feelings and transmits it to the mental body, which in turn reacts by creating and building thoughts. This information often creates thought patterns that accompany us every day and through the prism of which we evaluate people, situations and events.
The spiritual body is called the causal body. Why? Because it has the highest frequency of the energy layers and is the cause of the soul. Awakened people have a broadly stretched spiritual layer, and those who have not yet discovered their potential extend a meter from their physical body. This layer takes the shape of a circle. The causal body feels comfortable when the atmosphere changes when we meet a particular person or enter a room filled with people on surprisingly high or frighteningly low vibrations. The aura radiates with soft but luminous colours. The development of this layer of subtle energies depends on the development and opening of the chakras. Thanks to them we can perceive the aura, receive it and use it. Ultimately, the spiritual body helps to experience oneness with life. The spiritual layer says a lot about the meaning and mission of our soul. It is this layer that is our higher self, and it guides us flawlessly through the lessons and choices we want to work through. Through the energy of the spiritual body, we experience inner unity with ourselves and at the same time with God's energy. If we open ourselves to the energy of the spiritual body, our life acquires a completely different quality. The problems of everyday life cease to overwhelm us and "rule our life".
In some traditions, it's possible to diverse the other 3 bodies.
Aura
What is an aura?
An aura is an invisible emanation or energy field that surrounds all things. Because it exists around everything, a simple rock or a kitchen table also have an aura. In fact, the aura, surrounding the entire body, is also part of every cell and reflects all life energy in even its most obscure manifestations. So it can be considered an extension of the body rather than something that surrounds it. The energy flowing through it reflects our personality, lifestyle, thoughts and emotions. The aura indicates the state of our mind, body and soul.
Some say that the aura is just an electromagnetic phenomenon that doesn't really matter. Others believe that it is made up of the spark of life and that our higher consciousness resides in it, providing the energy necessary to live and act. Still, others believe that the aura is a reflection of ourselves, keeping an accurate record of our past and present, and even the future.
Colours of the aura
The aura is made of light and contains colours. We need to understand the basics of light and colours. When you take white light and pass it through a prism, the light breaks into a spectrum of seven colours - rainbow colour palette; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. It suggests that white has all colours. Interestingly if you pass the spectrum ray through prism, it will become a homogenous light. This discovery was made by Issac Newton.
He also discovered refraction. Light refracts as it passes through a prism. Red refracts less than other colours because it has the longest wave and slowest vibrational frequency. Violet, has the shortest wave and the fastest vibrational frequency, so it is subject to the strongest refraction. Although we define black and white as colours, they are in fact opposite poles of dark and light, respectively.
When the vibration of the white light fades, different colours become visible.
When light reaches the surface of an object, it absorbs some of the colours. We only see the reflected colours. So the green leaf appears green to us because it has absorbed all the other colours.
Dark colours are more absorbent than light ones. That is why in sunny summer it's wise to wear bright clothes. Black colour would absorb more heat than others because black absorbs all the colours of the light spectrum.
There are some already written interpretations on what exact colour or shape can mean. It's quite tricky, as everybody has different feelings towards colours and has different associations. There are general ones as well, but it's much more beneficial to create your own personal ones, instead of learning them by heart. The best way is to feel every single colour and find the personal meaning of it, which's going to give you results closest to your own interpretation.
Even without special training, you can recognise some colour aspects (write them on the template on next page).
If you develop your ability to perceive chakras, with time you will also be able to recognise various shapes of energy literally dancing around. Another spontaneous progression can be seen and recognised as other layers of energy around.

See the energy
Perceiving auras of objects, animals, and humans is a great ability especially if it's used with a practical purpose. However, it requires spiritual maturity, otherwise it can bring more judgment, fear, and feeling like ego-boosted superhero.
Some practical appliances:
Sense another person's hidden (at the first glance) agenda;
See if the compliment you gave touched a person's heart;
Be conscious if relationships are based on equal exchange or the opposite;
Be able to diagnose physical, emotional, physical blockage, (...);
Get a deeper perspective into existence;
It all depends on regular practices, as it's a skill like all the others.
We will focus on the basic method which I discovered as the simplest and fastest way to tune into this ability. You will need a big bright screen, a bit of patience, and a calm open mind.
Step by step instruction:
Find a quiet place, get rid of any possible distractors. It's best to keep your room dimmed.
Calm down your mind, set up space, sit comfortably with a straight spine, breathe naturally.
Prepare white space on some device with the brightest possible screen, you can use a laptop, tv, or any other one.
Place your hand with the open palm on so it's on white background.
(see colours) Relax your eyesight and gaze edge which connects with space, progression 1 - practice with the person you trust, gaze at the peak of the head.
(see energy threads) Bring your index fingers together and watch them for about 10 seconds, then slowly move them apart. You should notice a thin, almost invisible thread of energy stretching and connecting the fingers as they slowly move apart.
progression 1 - practice with the whole hand,
progression 2 - do this exercise with the person you trust.
It's crucial to let go of any expectations, this will calm your mind and you won't be in any emotional state of mind - only a pure mind.
If you start perceiving any shapes, stick to the same point, don't look directly at the energy/aura, you can try to use peripheral vision, and keep your mind calm. When you get excited about your discovery you might find that it will all disappear, and most likely you won't be able to get this back immediately. You need to relax, without any emotions and thoughts to make this ability available.
The bottom line:
If it comes to how your gaze, it's about relaxing and concentrating at the same time. Eyesight should be heavy just as it is when you feel tired.
You can use peripheral vision which might be helpful.
Instead of a bright white screen, you can use the white wall.
For some people, it's easier to start with perceiving halo, and then colors, for others it might be easier to start with perceiving energy threads.
If you see the aura as something almost transparent, relax and practice regularly. Colors will occur with time, again it's a skill like any other.
If you are wearing contact lenses or glasses, experiment with and without them.
Test this ability in different environments, gaze at moving people.
Subtle vibrations can be perceived through vision, touch, or auditory. Some people suggest that they have the ability to taste, and even smell it!
If you practice energy work, you will be able to sense other people's auras, without even seeing the person. It can help you stick to those people who share what they emanate best within them with you and avoid potential troubles.
Chakras
You already have a basic understanding of light and colours, and yes, chakras can fit into this understanding, as each chakra draws in energy on a vibrational level.
Chakra, the word comes from Vedic Sanskrit (the language of ancient India) and it means The Wheel. It is like a vortex spinning in a circular motion within the body. It is like a vacuum that draws in energy, as well as radiates vibration.
Chakras are the energy centres that run from the bottom of your sprint to the top of your head. Depending on the source, the number of chakras might vary. Generally, there are hundreds of small Chakras around the body. For now, we will focus on the basic and most common - understanding the 7 "main" Chakras. If you want, you can look for additional information about eight chakra called Bidu, which you will find in traditional yogic scriptures.
Each energy centre is connected to the gland that is connected to other body parts.
Energetic balance equals a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Fully releasing potential, and free flow of energy is crucial on the path of self-replacement.
When the chakra is misbalanced (overactive, under-active), blocked, or any other pathology leads to an effect on physical, emotional and mental health. It's quite tricky because if one centre has a problem it emanates to other centres or organs.
In the next pages, I attached a detailed description of each energy centre.

Feel the energy
We are going to start from the most basic exercise which is "feeling energy between hands". It requires patience and the ability to focus.
We will need this ability for the next exercises, as you will be able to influence energy flow within your body. We will develop access to trauma reprogramming mode, but even after that, there is much more to discover.
Step by step:
Sit in any meditative position or stand up. Whatever it takes relax, but keep your spine straight and aligned.
If it comes to arms position, choose comfortable yet not stressing posture, keep a little bit of space between elbows and torso.
Breath naturally.
Start clapping your hands, do it very intensively, use as much force as you can.
After 30 - 60 seconds, start rubbing your hands. Do it intensively so your muscles get tired, and you will produce a lot of heat between your hands.
All of a sudden, freeze, and as slow as possible you can start increasing distance between your hands.
Every few millimetres, test the space and look for dense or magnetic feeling between your hands. The key is to do it as slowly as possible, it's crucial to slow down so you will increase subtle sensitivity.
Play with it.
Possibly you will lose this feeling, just slowly bring your hands closer and test space in-out, bringing closer, and further away until you will find this dense, possibly pulsating energy.
Progression - use hands and scan other person's energetic field. Pay attention into subtle differences. Play with it.
With more advanced evolutions of this exercise, you will be able to form different shapes and structures, increase the density of it so other sensitive people can also feel it, infuse emotional charge into it, and much more.
Energy Healing
You probably have heard about bioenergy therapists who transmit energy in order to balance the energy field, and as a result, bring balance and health to the body.
Be aware, as finding a real healer is a very demanding task. In this field, there are many people who try to help others, while having problems themselves. Not to mention all of those charlatans who only care about your money, creating dependence on their presence. I've heard about stories where families got separated, and people sold their houses in order to "facilitate" fraud.
Still, if you want to find one - filter them out.
Many fake ones want only to drain you out of money. If you are suspicious about too high "healing" fees - you might want to test them out. Before you will set an appointment with the potential healer ask if there is any other way how you can exchange energy (instead of money)? The person who has a pure soul won't be focused only on getting paid or even being rewarded as they act from the need of their heart. The person understands that everything is one and that he/she is actually helping themselves by helping you. Energy always finds its way.
The real healer should guide you to become a healer yourself. They are not worried about losing "magical secrets", nor losing clients. The person who will be there to support you, give you practical instructions, and instruct you to work towards self-healing, and understanding why the problem occurred in the first place.
They must be authentic and clear about their policies and fees.
Ask yourself: What kind of healer am I looking for?
In my opinion, the idea of asking somebody else to heal an energetic disbalance is wrong. Everybody is capable to learn even basic techniques, which if you repeat long enough - build-up and can turn into powerful methods. The lifestyle transformation has to follow up with the proper healing methods.
Even if, a person is healed, it's like taking magical pills to temporarily release pain. That creates dependency and takes away an important lesson. There is a saying that everything happens for a reason. Every disease is there to tell you something, so you are able to grow. Focus on lessons and transform yourself.
It's also about short-lasting results, disease remission, or very common is that by healing one - another problem might occur (if the lesson is not learnt).
(The story is different if you are looking for a spiritual guide or well-being teacher.)
If you feel within a desire to become a healer yourself, give support to the person, and let them experience and to truly find independence within them. Because everybody possesses a great power to self-heal. There isn't anybody who can truly understand you except yourself, and that's one of the reasons why this course is focused on becoming your own guru.
Move energy throughout the body
Since you have mastered feeling energy between your hands, you are able to almost instantly find this magnetic feeling and practiced autogenic training, it's finally the time to connect energy sensations with body scanning.
Lay down comfortably on your back, palms facing up.
Relax and remind yourself of this sensation of energy between your hands.
Find your own way: you can use a magic brush, spiritual hand to move energy through the body. Make sure you actually remember about the smallest part of your body by moving awareness with the feeling of energy.
Move energy starting from the toes up to the peak of your head. When you will reach the peak of your head, start again from your toes.
Take your time, be precise, pay attention to every part of your body.
It's interesting to experience as you might find out that in some places it's easy to feel pulsating energy and in others, it might seem impossible to sense those parts of the body.
Stick to circling the energy, moving energy from the tips of your toes up to the peak of your head.
Each experience and decision influence our energetic body, for example, after smoking weed, you might find that energy around your head seems to be stuck hard like a rock.
If, after a few weeks of moving energy throughout the whole body, regular sessions of MySpiritWay Breath, you still find some places disconnected, learn how to discharge.
Physically tense part of the body after part of the body, take a deep breath and tense, as strong as you possibly can, hold for few second and release.
Then add more parts of the body, until you will get to the point where you actually tense - hold - release the whole body. When you get to this point, do it at least 7 times.
After this warm-up, do the same, but this time squeeze the energetic parts of the body, hold and release. Starting from toes up to the peak of your head.
Feel other person
Bonus technique. One of the interesting methods of diagnosis is to feel another person on our own bodies. If we have practiced the introduced exercises for a while, we might be ready to successfully get psychic information of possible disbalances of energetic as well as physical bodies.
You can also use alteration of this technique to truly connect with your partner.
The technique requires some mastery:
Create a calm environment and find a relaxation position. Lay down, if that's easier to relax the body. You need to completely loosen.
Recall the person. You need to really get the right image. It's helpful to have the newest picture, or if the person is just next to you, a deep look into the eyes to establish a connection.
While keeping the sharp image in the mind, start mentally scanning the person's body, simultaneously mirroring - feeling your own one;
The key for mirroring is to create disconnection with your own body, completely silence the thinking process (including guessing, judgment). You need to feel another person.
Deeper you will get into the unconscious mind, the more direct, precise diagnose will be. Next week might be helpful to dive deeper through layers.
Physical sickness, mental problems, or even potentially dangerous situation occurs first in the energetic field (as more subtle level). Then slowly materialising into more dense layers of being. That's why sometimes it's possible to "predict the future", but that's another quite demanding progression.
Summary
We touched merely the peak of the iceberg when it comes to understanding the world of the energies. There are many more concepts to understand, but that's not the purpose of this chapter.
I wanted to bring to your attention that there is something more than this "well-known" physical world. Expand your consciousness for processes that aren't really visible at the first glance.
Let's remember about looking for practical appliances of this knowledge, on how it can make your life better. Be also aware as there is so much of chaotic information in this field that it's easy to get lost.
Creating an illusion of spiritual development, that will be mainly on collecting information that cannot be applied to practical scenarios.
In a pure spiritual path - learning things by heart, memorising rituals, meaning behind symbols is a dead-end path. It doesn't matter if you want to learn to read Tarot cards, energetically support another person, Master Pendulum - look for these methods inside you. Spiritual processes are mainly about depending on your inner connection, and external tools are merely to keep your logical mind busy so you can maintain a connection.
Moving energy through the body is crucial to master as we will need this ability well developed in the next week.
